The role requires an enthusiastic personality and comfort in and around water. Key responsibilities include instructing lessons in accordance with standards, maintaining certifications, and working a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Competitive pay is offered at $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, alongside bonuses and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic personality suited for teaching swimming.
• Comfortable in and around water with strong swimming skills preferred.
• Must maintain certifications throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons according to program standards.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Support the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
