British Swim School of Brentwood-Antioch is hiring a Swim Instructor to teach swimming skills and promote water safety in a fun environment. Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessment of student skills, and communication with parents. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and strong communication skills, and previous experience as a swim instructor is preferred. Qualifications
Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard is preferred.
Current lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.
Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities
Teach water acclimation, survival, and stroke development skills.
Emphasize water safety principles.
Evaluate swimming abilities and adapt instruction accordingly.
Develop and organize engaging lesson plans.
Communicate progress updates to students and parents.
Demonstrate swimming techniques effectively.
Maintain a safe and clean swimming environment.
Communicate student progress.
Assist in awarding certificates or badges.
Stay current with industry trends and certifications.
