Job summary

Wisconsin Swim Academy, LLC is seeking part-time swim instructors to provide high-quality instruction in the Fox Valley. You’ll ensure student safety, build water confidence, and follow our curriculum in a student-centered environment.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with a focus on creating a positive, fun, and growth-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassion for children and adults.
• Energetic! We are looking for someone who is smiling and enthusiastic through their entire shift!
• Ability to work in the water for up to 5 hours.
• Strong communication skills.
• Great attitude and growth mindset.
• The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required

Responsibilities

• Love and respect students while pushing them to develop high quality swim and safety skills as efficiently as possible.
• Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
