Job summary

Wisconsin Swim Academy is seeking a full-time Swim Instructor to teach lessons and lead a safe, welcoming program for families in Wisconsin. You will contribute to a strong team culture, mentor newer instructors, and help maintain scheduling coverage while upholding the academy's values.

Candidates should have leadership or management experience, reliable communication skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced aquatic environment.

Willingness to commute to Appleton if needed.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Teach high-quality swim lessons to students of all abilities using WSA curriculum.
Support Emergency Action Plans and maintain safety standards.
Build positive relationships with families and provide welcoming, encouraging communication.
Assist with onboarding new instructors and contributing to a strong team culture.
Maintain consistent availability for scheduling and lesson coverage.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities.
