Job summary

Wisconsin Swim Academy is seeking a full-time Swim Instructor to teach lessons and lead a safe, welcoming program for families in Wisconsin. You will contribute to a strong team culture, mentor newer instructors, and help maintain scheduling coverage while upholding the academy's values.

Candidates should have leadership or management experience, reliable communication skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced aquatic environment.

Full-Time Swim Instructor

Location: Wisconsin Swim Academy

Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Compensation:

• Paid training (8–12 weeks) - $16.50/Hour
• Pay increase upon training completion - $18/Hour
• Eligible for ongoing leadership development - 3% increase per additional training completed

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time team member who is passionate about helping children and families learn lifesaving swimming skills. Full-time employees are key contributors to our program’s culture, consistency, and long-term growth. Those in this role must have strong leadership or management experience and enjoy stepping into decision-making, training, and mentoring opportunities.
