Job summary

Wisconsin Swim Academy, LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time Swim Instructor in Appleton to teach lessons and lead by example within a safety-focused program.

You will mentor junior staff, support scheduling, and participate in ongoing leadership development while helping families learn lifesaving swimming skills. Flexible evenings/weekends are required and training is paid for 8–12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience required.
• Reliability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced aquatic environment.
• Willingness to commute to Appleton.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-quality swim lessons using WSA curriculum.
• Support safety standards and Emergency Action Plans.
• Build positive relationships with families and provide welcoming communication.
• Assist onboarding of new instructors and contribute to a strong team culture.
• Maintain scheduling and lesson coverage.
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.
