SUNY Niagara invites applications for a Part Time Surgical Technology Clinical Instructor to teach in the Surgical Technology Associate Degree Program. The position requires CST certification and recent surgical experience, with 12 hours weekly across two days.

SUNY Niagara is seeking candidates to teach clinical in a Surgical Services department: 12 hours per week (2 days, 6 hours each) in the Surgical Technology Associate Degree Program.
The remuneration for teaching at least 3 credits in a semester will be: $1,008 per lecture hour / $903 per lab hour.
The clinical assignments will be held twice per week either with a 6 hour lab or a 12 hour lab.
This is an exempt position; the compensation earned would be $5,418 for a 6 hour lab or $10,836 for a 12 hour lab.
Paid orientation to teaching, responsibilities will be provided. Individuals with current clinical proficiency and/or teaching experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Bachelor’s of Science degree with a major in a health‑related field.
