Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of OhioHealth OR ST Fellowship or equivalent military training or 10+ years’ experience.
• Ability to communicate surgeon's needs with the staff.
• Understanding of OR procedures and monitoring sterile fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgical cases and maintain a sterile field.
• Assist surgeon during operations and manage equipment.
• Participate in unit operations to enhance department efficiency.
