• Discuss financial options and refer to Financial Counselors as needed.
• Maintain accurate filing for insurance eligibility and related forms.
• Travel to other IPG offices as needed.
• Cover office operations and adhere to IHPS policies.
• Generate surgical lists and communicate schedules to staff and providers.
