Job summary
Dimensions is recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our Lincoln home. You'll support three women aged 20s–70s with care, nutrition, and daily activities, working with a two-person team on shifts and contributing to safe, person-centred care.
The role involves personal care, medication support, and assisting with mobility in a busy home environment. Full training will be provided; a full UK manual driving licence is essential, and travel to the home location is required.
Qualifications
- Female only role
- Full training provided for those without prior experience
- You must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be able to travel to the home location
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to service users, including assistance with daily living
- Support with medication, meals and safe eating practices
- Maintain care plans and accurate records with the team
- Participate in activities and outings to promote independence and wellbeing
