Job summary

NORWA CARE is hiring for Support Workers in Lincoln and surrounding areas. We offer full or part time hours (24+ per week) with pay starting from £14.24 per hour including holiday pay. Join a permanent staffing partnership with a focus on continuity of care. DBS on the update service is preferred but can be arranged if needed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to shifts and continuity of staffing.
• At least 6 months paid care experience in learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour.
• DBS on the update service preferred; can arrange DBS if required.
• Right to work in UK; sponsorship not offered.
• UK driving licence preferred but not essential if able to travel up to an hour.
• Practical Moving and Handling experience and willingness to complete a course.
