Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, display and maintain inventory of greeting cards and related products. The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work on a tablet-based schedule.

You will work on a route with flexible hours, part-time engagement, and training provided. Lift requirements and travel between stores are part of daily duties, with additional hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Reliable transportation to cover multiple retail locations.
• Reliable internet access for critical information and updates.
• Able to learn and use a company-issued tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores, merchandise and organize product orders, display in departments, and maintain backroom inventories.
• Communicate with management regarding service or scheduling questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or product relocation as needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
