American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, displaying greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items. You will maintain inventory, organize backrooms, and support store resets as needed.

The role emphasizes independent work with strong time management, communication with store management, and the ability to work weekends/holidays when required. Training is provided, and a company tablet is used for daily activity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Ability to learn and use the company-provided tablet for training and tasks.

Responsabilités

• Service stores on the assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build positive relationships with store associates and management.
