Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Part-Time Support Merchandiser to service retail locations on the Gardendale, AL route. You will display and maintain product inventory across greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, and more, while staying organized and meeting daily store needs.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift 40 pounds, and comfort using a company tablet. Training is provided, with hourly pay starting at $12.60 and increases after 6 months and after one year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation (routes include multiple locations).
• Access to reliable internet for critical job information and updates.
• Comfort using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route and merchandise products in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and assist with inventory tasks.
• Communicate schedule questions or concerns to management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
