Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to service retail locations in Cullman, AL. The role involves merchandising, inventory maintenance, and coordinating with store management during daytime hours, including holidays. Training is provided and the position offers a flexible, part-time schedule.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with reliable transportation and access to the internet, and comfortable using a company tablet for daily tasks.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
Reliable internet access for updates.
Able to learn and use company-provided tablet.
Willing to work weekends and major holiday periods.

Responsibilities

Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
Display products in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas and inventory.
Communicate with management regarding service or schedules.
Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organization.
Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product assembly as needed.
Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using company tablet.
Work independently and as part of a team.
