American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Alabama, including Fayette. You will merchandise, stock, and maintain greeting cards and party goods, using a company tablet. Flexible scheduling with training provided and potential holiday shifts.

Paths include organizing backrooms, building store relationships, and ensuring displays meet planograms. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and reliable transportation are required; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for updates and training.
• Willingness to work weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Occasionally assist with store resets, fixture work, relocation, or removal.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
