Qualifications

• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure strong customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, and ensures daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs maintenance tasks like cleaning and housekeeping.
