Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Supply Chain Associate at our Monroe Township, NJ store. You will manage inventory, assist with procurement and sourcing, and quote prices to meet customer needs while supporting branch operations.

The role requires eligibility for a driver's license, basic math and strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach. The schedule includes 28 hours/week, with the possibility of flexible hours after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Managing branch inventory levels.
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management.
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product.
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs.
• Supporting accounts receivable activities.
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
