Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Part-time Supply Chain Associate to help manage branch inventory and support B2B procurement, sourcing, and quoting to meet customer needs. The role requires lifting 25–50 lbs and may go up to 75 lbs, with a valid driver’s license and background check.

Work schedule is part-time, Mon–Fri 7:00am–5:00pm, 10–28 hours/week, with potential flexible scheduling after onboarding and performance goals. Training through Fastenal School of Business is provided.

Responsibilities

• Managing branch inventory levels.
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management.
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product.
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs.
• Supporting accounts receivable activities.
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
