Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Part-time Supply Chain Associate to support branch operations, inventory management, procurement, sourcing, and quoting for our business customers.

Based at 4744 University Blvd, you will work MON–FRI 7:00am–5:00pm, up to 28 hours per week, with potential flexible scheduling after onboarding; driving a company vehicle may be required to fulfill deliveries and support accounts receivable activities.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old and a valid driver’s license.
• Degree or related field or relevant work experience in business/supply chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch inventory levels.
• Administer procurement including purchase orders and backorder management.
• Estimate/quote prices and source products.
• Coordinate resources to meet customer supply chain needs.
• Support accounts receivable activities.
• Make deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
