Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Supply Chain Associate at our Cranberry Township branch. You will manage inventory, handle procurement tasks, estimate prices, and source products to meet customer needs. Some deliveries may be required, with a company vehicle provided if necessary.

The role supports B2B operations and daily order processing, with potential for schedule flexibility after onboarding and performance milestones. Local driving and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements
• Pursuing or have degree in Business/Supply Chain/Operations/Management or related field OR have customer service/industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills; highly motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
• Demonstrate problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Align with our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Ability to lift 25–50lbs and up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen in the US territory

Responsibilities

• Managing branch inventory levels
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
• Supporting accounts receivable activities
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
