Job summary

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a part-time, temporary Supplies Customer Service Specialist in Arlington Heights. The role supports customers with inquiries, resolves issues, and facilitates supply sales through website, phone, and email orders. Schedule is Tue–Thu, totaling approximately 20 hours per week.

Compensation is $27.00 per hour. The candidate will collaborate with Sales Operations, handle orders, and assist with quotations while maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administration certification or 1–3 years customer service experience in lieu of certification.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Operations teams.
• Assist with quotations as required.
• Manage supply sales via website, phone, and email orders.
• Monitor daily supply orders and coordinate with warehouse for availability.
• Liaise with stakeholders on orders, delivery schedules, and requests.
• Educate customers on supply purchasing options.
• Proactively recommend essential supplies based on needs.
• Maintain accurate customer files in the database.
• All other duties as assigned.
