e3 Diagnostics seeks a Key Account Specialist in Arlington Heights, IL, to serve as the primary liaison for assigned Key Accounts. You will coordinate with multiple branch locations, manage the end-to-end order process, and ensure timely delivery and service, including generating POs and resolving issues.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10% may be necessary in this fast-paced environment.

• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the order process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide regular updates to customers on order status and any changes.
• Prepare ad hoc reports related to calibration services and devices.
• Manage invoice portals.
• All other duties as assigned.

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Key Account Specialist to join our team in the regional office in Arlington Heights IL; The Key Account Specialist serves as the primary liaison and point of contact for assigned Key Accounts. This role bridges customers and multiple branch locations, ensuring seamless communication and service throughout the sales and service order process. The Specialist oversees order progression from initiation to invoicing, including generating purchase orders and coordinating with vendor partners.

Compensation Expectations

$26-$29 per hour depending on experience.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) preferred.

Travel

• This position is subject to travel up to 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
