Job summary

The Parking Spot in College Park, GA, is seeking a part-time Supervisor for swing shifts on Mondays and Tuesdays. The role supports management, supervises staff, and ensures high service levels for guests and employees while maintaining safety and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Must hold and maintain a satisfactory driving record to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and complete reports.
• Willing to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required.
• Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees.
• Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management.
• Audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) and Shuttle Drivers.
• Must be able to contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed.
• Perform frontline positions such as Parking Guest Attendant, Shuttle Driver, and others as requested by Management.
• Perform additional duties and assist in other departments as reasonably requested by Management.
