Job summary

Carolina Hurricanes is seeking a Suites Supervisor to oversee event day Food & Beverage operations in the Suites, Loge Boxes and Victory Club at the venue in Raleigh, NC.

You will coordinate part-time staff, assist with training, manage inventory and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reporting for events up to four hours early; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Food and Beverage experience is strongly preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods, walk stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain 75% event availability each month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and instruct part-time employees per management philosophy.
• Assist with on-the-job training.
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked for events.
• Process guest checks using the point of sale system.
• Restock and deliver beverages; handle monthly inventories.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per regulations and policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain relationships with staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely food orders meet quality standards.
