Job summary

The Carolina Hurricanes are seeking a Commissary Supervisor - Receiving to manage receiving, stocking, and storage for the Food & Beverage department. You will verify deliveries, ensure temperature control, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced arena environment.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, event stocking, and collaboration with multiple departments, while lifting up to 50 lbs and working weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, commissary, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, receiving processes, and distribution logistics.
• Working knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive food, beverage, and supplies deliveries, verifying product accuracy, quality, and condition.
• Ensure all temperature sensitive deliveries are properly stored upon delivery and meet safety requirements.
• Resolve or elevate discrepancies, shortages, and damages to the Supply Chain Manager and Director.
• Enforce storage standards (FIFO, labeling, rotation) and keep receiving areas neat and orderly.
• Assist in stocking concession stands, bars, carts for events and rotate BIB products arena-wide.
• Accurately account for all incoming/outgoing products and maintain inventory across locations.
