CT Sober House in Flint, MI is seeking a part-time, split-shift team member to assist residents with substance use disorder in a sobering facility. 3–4 days per week, some weekend work, and experience with SUD or mental health is required.

You will meet with new clients, monitor vital signs, support medication protocols, and document care thoroughly while promoting safety and personal growth within the unit.

Qualifications

• Adult CPR Certified.
• 2+ years' experience with substance use disorder and/or mental health populations.
• Maintain licensing/certification to meet contractual/State requirements, if applicable.
• Ability to learn applicable computer programs and perform accurate data entry.

Responsabilités

• Meet with new clients, review rules and expectations, daily schedules and medication protocols.
• Take vital signs and introduce clients to the unit as per procedures.
• Engage with clients to promote personal growth and environmental safety.
• Assist clients with timely self-administration of prescribed medications.
• Document interventions, communications and services thoroughly and timely per policy.
• Communicate shift reports verbally and in writing to coworkers at each shift.
• Participate in performance appraisal by identifying learning needs and goals with supervisor.
• Attend staff/peer meetings and participate in improvement efforts as directed by supervision.
• Perform other duties assigned by Clinical Support Supervisor or Management.
