Job summary

Jovie in Cincinnati is seeking upbeat, engaging babysitters to support loving local families and care for children of all ages. You’ll work 3–5 full days a week, Monday–Friday, totaling 20–40 hours with possible overtime.

On shift you’ll organize outdoor adventures, sing, read, and encourage imaginative play, while handling naps, meals, and schedules. If you value making a difference in a child’s life, this role fits you.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children (paid or unpaid).
• Ability to work 3–5 full days per week (7am–7pm).
• Must provide documents to complete an i9 and be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Safe and reliable vehicle with a valid license.

• Engage children with outdoor activities, songs, reading, and imaginative play.
• Manage naps, meals, and daily schedules.
• Ensure child safety and active supervision at all times.

Here\'s the opportunity: Jovie is looking for upbeat, engaging babysitters to provide support to loving local families while caring for children of all ages!

We are seeking experienced caregivers willing to work 3-5 full days a week, Monday-Friday, resulting in 20-40 hours per week. Overtime available too! We find work that fits your schedule, whether your schedule is consistent or fluid. When on the job, you\’ll organize outdoor adventures, sing songs, read books, find opportunities for imaginative play, or just be a buddy. You\’ll handle naps, meals and schedules. Each day you will make a difference in a child\’s (and a parent\’s) life! Now that feels great!

Hey, You seem great if......

• Are fluent in English
• Currently live in the US
• Able to be provide documents to complete an i9 and be legally employed
• Are available to work full days for 3-5 days a week (Monday- Friday) within the window of 7am-7pm. This ensures we can provide you with a consistent volume of work. Shifts will not be 12 hours long.
• Your 2 or more years of experience (paid or unpaid!)
• Have a safe and reliable vehicle + license
• You will want to ensure the safety of the children in your care at all times, and maximize your time with the kiddos with engagement and active attention
