Job summary

Recovery Network Of Programs in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a part-time Clinician to counsel individuals, groups and families and to develop therapeutic treatment plans under supervision. Hours include Monday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm, at Tina Klem Serenity House.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and provisional licensure (LPCA, LMSW, LMFTA) or LADC, with bilingual Spanish a plus and a CT driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Active provisional licensure (LPCA, LMSW, or LMFTA) or LADC required.
• Two years counseling experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Valid Connecticut driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Screening, intake, orientation and assessment of clients.
• Develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans.
• Counsels individuals, groups, and families.
• Engages as group facilitator and promotes group process.
• Maintains clinical documentation and service records.
• Collaborates with medical/psychiatric providers.
• Ensures confidentiality per federal and state laws.
