Job summary

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., seeks a Substance Abuse Counselor (CADC) for an on-site residential program in Yachats, Oregon. The role is a part-time contract up to 20 hours per week, with schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site only.

The clinician will provide substance abuse prevention, education, and counseling services to students aged 16–24 and collaborate with residential and program staff in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• CADC certification in Oregon is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing substance abuse or behavioral health services to adolescents or young adults.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group substance abuse counseling on-site.
• Develop and facilitate prevention and education programming.
• Engage with students in residential areas and counseling spaces.
• Collaborate with program leadership and staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
