Job summary

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., seeks a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to provide on-site substance abuse prevention and counseling within a federally supported residential youth program in Drums, PA. The role is part-time with up to 32 hours per week and on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification in Pennsylvania is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in substance abuse or behavioral health services for adolescents/young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site individual and group substance abuse counseling.
• Develop and facilitate alcohol, drug, and tobacco prevention/education programming.
• Engage with students in residential and common areas; collaborate with program leadership and staff.
• Support student development, coping skills, decision-making and relapse prevention.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
