Johnnie-O Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experience in our West Palm Beach store, working 10-15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and reflect the Johnnie-O brand.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and fit.
• Provide knowledgeable feedback and styling suggestions.
• Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and events.
• Maintain client books and follow up with customers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Contribute to store sales through proactive engagement and upselling.
• Assist with outreach, appointment-based selling, and events.
• Keep sales floor and fitting rooms clean and stocked.
• Assist with restocking, re-merchandising, and seasonal floor changes.
• Support inventory management and communicate stock needs to leadership.
• Process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
