Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized service and styling advice.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience while contributing to sales goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of J.Jill’s merchandise to offer expert guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor set execution, and participate in marketing, product processing, replenishment, markdowns and promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Address customer needs proactively with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help the store succeed.
