Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of J.Jill’s merchandise to offer expert guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor set execution; participate in marketing, product processing, replenishment, markdowns, promotions, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Address customer needs with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Perform additional responsibilities to help the store be successful.
