Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer seeks a Seasonal Brand Strategy professional to promote the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture in-store, build strong client relationships, and lead the sales team in Naples, FL.

The role emphasizes driving sales through exceptional client experiences, maintaining product knowledge, and executing brand standards across the store environment. Flexibility for seasonal hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who takes initiative
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

• Promote selling culture in the store, driving business through building strong client relationships and leading the sales team.

• Maintain up-to-date client information via personalized communication regarding requests and product feedback.
• Learn and master the Lilly Pulitzer brand framework and maintain high-level of product knowledge.

About the Position

The Style Advisor is responsible for promoting the selling culture in the store, driving business through building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team.

A Little More to Know…

• This position is classified as a part-time OR full-time hourly, non-exempt position.
• You will be expected to work, on average, a 40-hour week.
• This position is eligible for overtime and standard company benefits.
• This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.
• Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• This position will adhere to the Company Retail Holiday time off policy.
• This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
• This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• This position is reviewed annually.
