• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.

A day in the life… Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage. Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.

This position is classified as a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values. This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook. This position is reviewed annually.
