Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify at-risk students.
• Develop individual and small group sessions for intervention.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and academic progress.
• Meet with parents and staff regarding intervention plans and progress.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations to support at-risk youth.
• Collaborate with school staff to enhance mentoring programs.
