Job summary

Martha O’Bryan Center is seeking a Part-Time Postsecondary Success Coordinator to help students navigate postsecondary education. Primary focus includes ARC Apartments admissions, student engagement, and coordinating the Postsecondary Success Program (PSS).

The role involves supervising Peer Mentors, addressing barriers to success, and coordinating resources with MOBC, campus partners, and the community. Evening or campus activities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience coaching/advising college students.
• Experience supervising Peer Mentors or student workers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ARC Apartments admissions and engagement.
• Manage Postsecondary Success Program (PSS) activities.
• Supervise Postsecondary Success Peer Mentors and schedules.
• Document student contacts, coaching, referrals, and outcomes.
• Connect students with MOBC, campus, and community resources.
