You will work 16-20 hours weekly during the academic year and 30-40 hours in the summer, earning $15–$40 per hour based on function and education level. This program enhances hands-on engineering experience in a real manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering/Technology/CS degree; others may apply.
• Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited university/college.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Must be able to commute to Waterloo, IA.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and manufacturing teams through PDP, gathering info and documenting feedback.
• Assist with capital projects by supporting equipment evaluations and procurement coordination.
• Support pre-production builds by collecting data and tracking issues.
• Contribute to manufacturing readiness by assisting with process validation and risk mitigation.
