As a Part - Time Student for JD Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will:
- Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the order fulfillment process to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure that products meet established quality standards and customer requirements throughout the production and delivery processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and supplier quality, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

What Skills You Need
- Ideally, you will be pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Tech, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering; others may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local U.S. accredited university
- Graduation date of May 2028 later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work during 16-20 hours/weekly during the academic year
- Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hour/ weekly
- Must be able to commute to the work location as needed. Note: (Relocation assistance is not provided)
