Job summary

The Exercise Coach - Palm Beach County is hiring part-time Strength/Stretch/Health Coaches for our North Palm Beach and Jupiter studios. Must be available for evening hours.

As a Coach you will lead strength training sessions, provide coach-assisted stretching, use state-of-the-art fitness technology, track client goals, and help grow the business through client acquisition and retention. We provide training and certifications, paid as part of the path to becoming certified at The Exercise Coach

Qualifications

• Passion for health & fitness and ability to inspire others.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Enjoy working with clients and teammates, delivering clear instructions.
• Knowledge of exercise science, human biology and nutrition; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and semi-private strength training sessions.
• Provide coach-assisted stretching sessions.
• Use state-of-the-art fitness technology to track progress.
• Grow the business through client acquisition and retention.
