Job summary

Garage Clothing in Utah is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. You will support daily operations, inventory control, and merchandising while promoting the brand’s energy and style across our stores.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year as a team lead in retail, and a passion for fashion. You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet business needs,

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and build long-term relationships.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
• Increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory through shipment processing and store replenishment; support eCom order fulfillment.
• Be part of the store's ongoing success and brand standards.
