The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail management and 2 years in client services, with strong knowledge of apparel and a demonstrated ability to mentor part-time staff. This is an on-site store role with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in retail store management.
• 2 years experience in client services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals and provide exceptional service on the floor.
• Build and retain a base of repeat clients to meet individual sales targets.
• Maintain expert knowledge of seasonal apparel, fit, fabric and use.
