Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to contribute to brand equity, customer satisfaction and growth. You will lead a busy team, coach on sales techniques, and participate in training, while ensuring policy compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience.
• Proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervise and coach associates to ensure top-level service and sales.
• Participate in training for new hires and current employees on LSCO culture, product knowledge and policies.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and drive engagement and retention.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations efficiently while following store policies.
• Support store leadership to meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
• Oversee operations in the manager’s absence and ensure policy compliance.
