Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• At least 3-year lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising employees, ATI, staffing needs and hiring.
• Trains employees and oversees performance management.
• Manage store supplies accounts, expense reports, and weekly schedules.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, ordering, displays, and pricing tags.
• Participate in monthly manager meetings; ensure store safety and funds security.
