Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma plus 2 years customer service experience.
• Ability to complete internal customer service training within one month of hire.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic technical tools and systems.
• Strong math, reading, cash handling and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead and collaborate with others.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow instructions.
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays as scheduled.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to guide product choices.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and share product knowledge.
• Help customers with fitting, issues and inquiries of moderate complexity.
• Provide personal fitting consultations at the distribution store when needed.
• Prepare merchandise for purchase and operate POS registers.
• Assist with displays, inventory, and replenishment to meet demand.
• Support store supervisor with receiving and embossing merchandise.
• Provide training and scheduling support for staff as needed.
• Back-up store leadership, payroll, and timekeeping during absences.
• Act as operational leader in supervisor's absence with independent decisions.
