Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement with genuine interactions.
• Support store team to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to hit productivity targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Support stockroom, organize inventory, process shipments.
• Assist training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
• Promote community involvement and uphold safety and policies.
