Newell Brands is seeking a part-time 2nd Assistant Store Manager for Yankee Candle in Merrimack, NH. You will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

You will lead a team, participate in onboarding and development, address HR-related performance, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Competenze

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
