Job summary

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Able to work in a high-energy, team environment and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and handling merchandising duties.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets and ensure cash handling procedures.
• Help supervise and train Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
