Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop the team. You will assist in merchandise flow, opening/closing duties, and ensuring store standards.

The role emphasizes safety, loss prevention, scheduling, and providing a positive, collaborative environment for customers and staff. Part-time hours and local scheduling apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and frequent walking/standing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and maintain store displays.
• Assist in ordering, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
